Our spacious yet cozy Firehole Cabin is perfect for large groups and family reunions of up to 18 guests. Mature lodgepole pine, fir, and spruce trees provide shade and privacy on the west side of the house. A deck leads up to the back entry and has a picnic table and propane barbecue for grilling Montana steaks or those trout you caught in one of the area streams.
Once inside on the main level, you will find a large open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room. The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers, 2 crock pots, a toaster, basic grilling utensils, and a generous supply of dishes, silverware, cookware, pots and pans. The main dining table seats 10 plus there is additional seating for 4 at the counter and 4 more at two smaller tables. After traveling for a bit, the private laundry room just off the kitchen comes in handy. In the cozy living room, there is seating for 7, a flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD player, and a cozy fireplace.
After a full day of sightseeing in Yellowstone or snowmobiling the area trails, some guests can head down the hall on the main level to find a master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, a third bedroom with a king and full bed, and another full bathroom. The rest of the group can head downstairs to 3 more bedrooms (one with a king and twin bed and two with one queen bed each) and 2 more full bathrooms. There is also a second living area on this level with a flat screen satellite TV with DVD player and sofa along with two additional beds (one twin and one full).
