Vacation Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions were created to outline the general expectations of you as a renter and us as a vacation rental provider.

Check In & Check Out

Check in Time is NO EARLIER than 4:00 PM. Please no early arrivals since we cannot guarantee access before 4:00 PM.

Check out Time is NO LATER than 10:00 AM on your scheduled departure date. Sorry but our cleaning schedule does not allow for late check out.

Deposit/Cancellation Policy

1/2 of the total lodging charge is required to confirm your reservation. Final Payment is due 60 (sixty) days before arrival date. Notice of cancellation of agreement is required 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival. In the event Guest cancels a reservation 60 or more days prior to reserved date the deposit will be refunded, subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of total rent. If Guest requests cancellation of rental agreement within the 60 day time frame (60 days or less), owner will attempt to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented for the amount of rents, the Deposit will be refunded, subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rents. If the property is not re-rented to a third party, then the Guest will remain responsible for the full rental amount. No refunds for inclement weather, late arrival, early departure, or other circumstance beyond the control of the Owner.

Cleaning & Linens Fee

A cleaning and linens fee will be charged as part of the rental.

Restrictions

NO SMOKING ALLOWED. For insurance, safety, and the consideration of others, all indoor facilities are designated strictly non-smoking. Smoking inside any of the Faithful Street Inn Rentals will result in a minimum $500.00 charge and immediate eviction.

NO PETS ALLOWED. We are unable to allow the presence of pets on the Faithful Street Inn property. The presence of any pets on the Faithful Street Inn property will subject the Guest to a minimum $500.00 charge and immediate eviction.
